As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients and require notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Changing your appointment or canceling may be expensive, however it insures ethetician's time is not wasted, resources are not wasted, and scheduling stays in line. Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions. This cancellation policy outlines the guidelines and fees associated with canceling or rescheduling appointments at a spa, specifically at Oak Grove's VIP Members LLC, Esthetic-Skin-Care spa.

The cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before the client can book their next appointment.

Charges will be applied to the card on file at the time of booking, and declined cards will result in an inability to re-book until the fee is paid.

Non-Applicability of Fees to Future Services:

Fees cannot be applied toward any future services; they serve as compensation for the time originally reserved on the schedule.

Clients must provided a 24-hour notice for appointments to cancel or reschedule. If 24-hour notice is not given there will be a charge of $75, and for no shows, a fee of $150.

This policy aims to ensure that clients respect the spa's time and resources, discouraging late cancellations and no-shows. Additionally, it establishes consequences for repeated violations to maintain a fair booking system for all clients.
