This cancellation policy outlines the guidelines and fees associated with cancelling or rescheduling appointments at a spa, specifically at Oak Grove’s Esthetic Skin-Care, VIP Members LLC spa. Thank you for understanding.
Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 12 hours prior to the appointment):
50% charge of the booked service for cancellations 12 hours before the appointment.
No-Show Fee:
100% charge of the original booked service price for clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice.
Repeat Late Cancellations:
Clients with 3 or more late cancellations within 6 months will be terminated from booking future appointments at Esthetic Skin-Care.
Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows:
Clients with repeated cancellations, no-shows, or failure to adhere to spa policies may be terminated from booking future appointments.
Payment of Fees:
The cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before the client can book their next appointment.
Charges will be applied to the card on file at the time of booking, and declined cards will result in an inability to re-book until the fee is paid.
Non-Applicability of Fees to Future Services:
Fees cannot be applied toward any future services; they serve as compensation for the time originally reserved on the schedule.
This policy aims to ensure that clients respect the spa's time and resources, discouraging late cancellations and no-shows. Additionally, it establishes consequences for repeated violations to maintain a fair booking system for all clients.
